5. ‘READ CONTACT DATA’ permission?
It's required by the feature to create 'person' shortcut as well as to add contact folder.

Hey guys! Have you noticed something strange at the Official blog of GO Launcher???
With every new version in the past there were ~275 comments of users that they tested the beta versions and made almost bad and critical comments . Now in the last version only 50 posts (including spams)
Something tells me that the Devs blocked the bad comments and the insults of the users, they tested the launcher by themselves and post the final version in 3 days! Never happened!!!
So, they just not care about the opinions???

(-): this Security Detection is still there. When you download new apps, it scans the app and tells you whether it is safe in the notifications status bar. (There is a way to switch off this??)
(+): users report less RAM, better appdrawer performance, good new UI/new preferences settings

After testing:
In the last version they reduce memory usage for real! On my Galaxy S 2.3.6 runs ~30MB, is smooth, the drawer finally opens a lot faster and the new UI rocks!!! Personally I don't want this Security Detection with the launcher, I switched off the mus,vid,pic browser in drawer. Guys for me this update is absolutely fantastic!

I agree with the comments, this does feel very smooth. Much better than 3.16 felt.
