"That "sweet" message has never popped up for me , the only thing i did till now is that i have never tried to instal an updated version over the old one !!

2nd doubtful component is that "purpet-sheep theme" whose icon you can see in personality->themes folder , i haven't downloaded that free theme which may act as an indirect culprit for the "pop-up" message !!!

3rd culprit may be that next live wallpaper offered free but acting like a stimulating agent for the "pop-up message" !!

I have also used wifi quite freely on my device , opened the play store a number of times after installing this app yet no problems whatsoever !!! 8)

So how have you installed it, do you always reinstall your ROM and have you installed any other next launcher stuff?

Thanks for that, I will give your way a shot, maybe I will get lucky.

What about the other next launcher addons, have you installed any of those and do you restore your settings from the next launcher backup or do you recreate all your screen from scratch?

I recreate everything from scratch & that's probably saved me from the famous "pop-up" message !!

Secondly , i have deliberately avoided the "next live wallpaper" & that "purpet sheep theme" .... I think therein lies the real trouble ... otherwise if you read the permissions for this launcher closely , there is no permission called "market license check" !!!

Thanks, I think it would be a lot of effort for me to have to create everything from scratch. I tend to keep things organised in folders and therefore having to create them again and place items in them would be a pain and a half.

I would appreciate, anyone else that has been able to avoid the pop, to tell us how they achieved it. I am especially eager to know if they have been able to do it by using Next Launchers own backup and restore option.

I only got the pop-up when I installed Next Notification. After that I uninstalled Next Notification, then Next Launcher and cleared Dalvik Cache. I did not wipe my ROM.

After that I reinstalled Next Launcher only and never got the pop-up.
