Blue themed icons

10 toggles supported:
- Auto-rotate
- Brightness (4 state, auto, 15%, 50%, 100%)
- Ringer (normal, silent, vibrate)
- Vibrate
- Bluetooth
- Bluetooth discoverable
- WiFi
- WiFi Tethering
- APN (mobile data)
- Auto-synchronization
- Airplane (requires root on Android 4.2+ to install app to system)

2 Power-widget-based toggles:
- GPS localization
- Synchronization

10 System toggles (requires rooted phones to install app to system):
- GPS Localization
- WiFi Localization
- Full Localization
- Synchronization (auto-sync+background data)
- Background-data
- USB Debug Mode
- USB Mass Storage
- Unknown Application Source
- Reboot choice (not all phones supports all options!)
- Auto-Reboot

On rooted phones, the application can install or uninstall itself to/from system folder. Might require busybox.

NB: When uninstalling from system folder all widgets are lost and app might need reinstalling!

APN toggle is really disabling mobile data access, but every phones behaves differently: data notification icon may disappear completely when disabled (expected) or only the arrows will disappear. Note that there is no way to actually untick the corresponding settings!

I'm looking into this regularly and will post an update if I find a better solution.
