1st: Install another launcher (You need one )
2nd: Settings > SlimCenter > SlimSizer > Check Novalauncher.apk > Click the trash-symbole
3rd: Install Nova Launcher Prime

Suggestion: Always keep a 2nd launcher, if you want to replace the included one. You always need a backup-launcher to replace the other. Otherwise you may crash your system or can't access relevant settings/apps to replace again.

Dear Srinivas,
the question was right and so was the answer.
you need another launcher to come back to home when you uninstall the earlier version.

@srinivasmv419: Titanium Backup might help you in removing NL. But make sure you have another launcher installed to fall back on.

Well, somehow, I don't see any 'edited by...' tag in that post, if the 'thanks' was added later. In any case, English is NOT the first language for many, including myself. Grammar and punctuation is something that most aren't good at. We have to understand that English is just a language, not a measure of knowledge. No harm being nice to those people. In my opinion, calling them 'diseased minds' is a tad harsh! Having said that, I don't intend to win an argument here. You know better Micky! No hard feelings, please!

By the way, this launcher is great, but I miss the many cool features (not the 3d effects) of Next Launcher 3D. Unfortunately, NL 3D is too laggy on my SGS for obvious reasons.
