Bugfix: yr.no weather provider failing because of APi deprecation.
Bugfix: 7Timer weather provider failing because of hosting downtime.
Bugfix: Blank or non-updating widget contents for some devices due to a non-explicitly-exported provider.
Bugfix: "SD card not found or missing" issue for non-rooted KitKat devices due to Android security changes for external SD storage.
Themes now stored in the app's private storage space. Themes and backups are now deleted when the app is uninstalled!
