I thing nothing, Picsel Browser is proprietary, extracted illegaly from the Samsung Mobilephone. The ProViewer is the official Edition for selling! Here the PROMO VIDEO:

Picsel browser also has internet browsing capabilities and GUI is a bit more nice!

Strange, the youtube demo shows it running on wm2003se it looks like, but if I try it on my wm2003se, it tells me that isn't a compatible cab file.

It could be perfect, but it doesn't have full screen mode.
Yet it is the second best pdf viewer in my opinion.
the best is picsel viewer 1.0.0, it is the same but with an action button to change "mode zoom" to "mode page"
