Overview: PocketXpdf is a no-frills viewer for native PDF files for the Pocket PC platform


Known bugs and limitations
* Zooming in too far will make the program run out of memory and cancel the zooming.
* Some PDF files may crash the program. Please report!
* No support for non-western character encodings.
* No support for PocketPC 2002 or older Smartphone editions.

* Bookmarks, manually defined or automatic for recently used files
* More flexible button mapping
* The following page is pre-rendered in the background while viewing a page
* Doubleclick in the outline view opens the respective page

Bug Fixes:
* "Blank pages" after returning from standby should no longer occur
* Opening PDF files via file explorer or in email attachments now works even if PocketXpdf is running in the background
* CAB file installation to memory card is now possible

Nice release. 8 WRS$ freeware reward.

This is probably the best PDF reader available in terms of both speed and compatibility. No translation of PDFs is required and it supports a pure text reading mode.

i usually don't trust other programs that emulate other programs...but in this case i think that i will say that they are about the same... although i would be very happy if someone could tell me how to clear my recent list.
anyway few functions offered it pocketxpdf
rotation, navigation, view text only, full screen (same as adobe reader), antialiasing, and hardware buttons mapping. one thing that pocket xpdf can't do (at least i can't figure it out) is to read the to show all the pages at the same time (what i mean is you can't scroll down to see the pages, you have to press next/previous page, please correct me if i am wrong)
i would recommend adobe reader because you don't get the not enough memory reduceing zoom. install this if you don;t have enough memory. abode takes up 7-8 mb this only 1.11mb
