kevinyunlai: I havent used it yet. But what its supposed to do is synchronize notes from MS OneNote to your PPC. Then allow you to create and edit notes on your PPC. There are two parts. The PPC app (posted) and the conduit to syncronize.

Just tested. It works standalone without the desktop component. Quite nice.

Also, if u have OneNote 2007 running in the systray and then hook up your PPC, it'll ask you if u wanna install this...

Unfortunately this needs WM5
