My shopping list v1.6 (Freeware)
Requirements: PocketPC 2003(SE), WM5 - Visual basic
Overview: My Shopping List is a program for managing shopping lists. It makes use of "Master" and "Current" lists, which you can personalize according to taste. Adding an item to either one, and maintaining the lists, is extremely easy, generally speaking. Furthermore, the lists are simple tab-delimited text files: you can edit them in advance, at your leisure, on the PC. You can also store them wherever you see fit, since there's an option to define the file path.


In the detailed list, a little Add Photo button will let you associate an item with a photo you can view using the program of your choice: No more excuses for choosing the wrong laundry detergent, the lady of the house will be glad to know.

Given all the customizable settings, this program can easily serve for something else besides shopping lists. It can be used to keep any sort of checklist.

Note: this is indeed freeware, but after 50 uses, you'll have to go look for a code on the author's site. It's not a matter of money, nor can you get rid of this limitation by paying whatever the amount might be; it's just a way to force users to visit the site and monitor subsequent developments closely.

Hum... I could find no way to obtain a code as described here. The site seems to be down or at least not accessible my place. Nevertheless I throw it in the group should someone else be more lucky to get a key. If it isn't device-dependant or linked to an owner name, eventually he/she might share it here. Also, there might be one or another "trick" to fool the application to continue working after the 50 uses issue... Share it? Thanks!

Checklistette works also as standalone (by launching the exe file from any folder on the SD) and it creates 4 or 5 .txt files in the same folder. The .txt files can be conveniently edited on the PC and on them you can store your favorite shopping/grocery/todo/whatever lists

BTW, no limitations whatsoever on this one!
