Thanks so much for sharing these. Lately, I've gotten the "daily summary" notifications but have not gotten any of the "next hour precip" notifications for a month or so at least now. All my notif settings are OK, I've checked a few times (and I get summaries from the app, just not "rain starting" ones). This may not be the best place to ask, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if it's just the service in general!

Now that you mention it, I think you may be right. I have most notifications turned off but I do use that one. It has worked well in the past but maybe not since this version? guessing on this but could not be assed to go back to the previous version to verify. I'll wipe data and wait for the next version. Great app!

I am still on version 2.3 and I believe that I received a notification telling me to bring an umbrella to work, however I don't know if I've been receiving the "it's about to rain" notices recently. I'm thinking there may be an issue with the service itself. That or they've figured out how to identify mod users and turn those notifications off for us.

looping back on this - after reverting to the "normal" version and checking if notifications work, they do work. So as lowfive said, they most likely just have device identification of some kind happening on their backend/notification server now which stops notifications from sending.

not yet, but it looks like there are replies saying that the notifications do not work. They are working for me on the Play Store version with the 2 week trial for Premium.
