The difference to "Rain Alarm Pro OSM" is the background map, which is here Google Maps and for the other version OpenStreetMap.
The data used originates from governmental weather services. Works in the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam), Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Iceland, the Netherlands, Spain (including the Balearic and the Canary Islands), Slovenia, Croatia.
If your device did not include Google Maps and you have installed it in a non-intended way, the app might not work. Please use instead Rain Alarm OSM Pro, which does not require Google Maps.

Does anyone else have problems with this on ICS? I tried it on 4.0.3 (atp) and 4.0.4 (s3) and it does not work as it should. It crashes just by looking at it, I can't change non of the settings, widget is unstable, .... On the other side it works perfectly on 2.3.4 (s1).

Have it too. Didn't buy it, so I don't know if its bad cracking or already present in the original app

I think it's the crack since the free version works on ICS without problems (tested on note, s3 and transformer prime). It's very limited and is missing tons of settings but it does not crash.

Seems to me it's a widget issue, not the app.

Running this on my SGS2 via the app drawer behaves fine, can change settings, try to do the same thing via any of the widgets, instant FC.


EDIT: Hmm -- might be a one-off on my Galaxy. On my TF101 FC's regardless of how I try to use it
