none of the notifications or just the rain in the next hr notifications?

I`m not getting any notifications.

There are no pop-up notifications and no sound for next hour precipitation. Custom notifications seem to work.

H10 Android 9.0 Smart TV Box 6K HDR Quad-core 4GB/64GB 64 Bit WiFi Media Player.
Having Problem with Location settings, using DARK SKY, all location seting is on, but still come back with No Location avalable & No way to manualy put it in.
It work great on my Samsun S7 running Android V8, but tryed everthing on the H10 TV Box to get it to work..NO WAY
