The .apk (latest v3.3) has been removed from the dev's Telegram channel.
I believe one (or the) reason could be the fact that location search is no longer functioning (just checked it, it's true).
The weather data for already saved/chosen locations loads fine.
Perhaps it will be fixed...or not, nobody seems to know.
Got to know about the problem with location search from Twitter posts.

if it matters to anyone, you can use a fake gps app to set location to new spot, and the "current" location goes there and updates
