TESTING. YoWindow Wallpaper freezes on Samsung devices, running Android 13.

Live wallpaper is working as usual now.
The following features are disabled in this build on Samsung with Android 13. ATTENTION: Alarms will not ring in this build.

TEMPORARY DISABLED: Geo-location on Samsung with Android 13.

TEMPORARY DISABLED: Background weather update (widgets weather is not updated).

TEMPORARY DISABLED: ongoing notification

Voice search disabled on Android TV.

Otherwise we would have to add RECORD_AUDIO permission. Giving record-audio permission to a weather app sounds bad. That's why we want to avoid it.
