This thing is really easy to register to a local verizon number...
1. Go to your local Verizon store. They have all the latest phones on display. They're all up and running, go to Menu -> Settings -> About phone. Write down the telephone number(s). Get as many as you can.
2. Download the already hacked APK file from one of the many links posted in this thread.
3. Download Android SDK
http://dl.google.com/android/android-sd ... indows.zip
4. Download the NFL Unlocker (x86)
http://www.fileserve.com/file/XwhFUj2
5. Place the nfl.apk (or whatever it's called) & the unlocker EXE into the android-sdk-windows/tools folder. adb.exe should be in this folder. Now run the unlocker EXE. When prompted, type in the Verizon phone number you're "borrowing". It will overwrite the existing nfl.apk.
6. Place your new personalized nfl.apk file onto your cell and install.

No hacks. It just started working again. You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling.
I'm watching right now. Just download the latest .apk in this post
