just so people are sure. i know there is already another link to 3.1 but it complains with this error:
Please uninstall and re-install this app from the market.

but this version should not.

I've been using it all day, and I can safely say that it is working as intended. It DID plug one of SCM's other apps at first ("Thanks for trying Camera Pro, no try this photo-effects thing!"), but after that it works fine for me. Using myTouch 1.2 (HTC Magic).
