You have to add "(freeware)" next to its message body title (the bold part) to indicate that the release is freeware.

Im using an LG GT540 still running 1.6 (for now!)...this installs but a message pops up "you are not connected to the internet or are running a pirate app" and the app closes. Ive had the mobile 3 months and installed plenty of apps for here but not had this before. Any ideas?
