The version offered here does not look like the one depicted in the pictures above. The "Tools" menu seems to be missing and so do several sections as "ID Cards / SSN Prefix", "Missing Children", and "10-Codes (APCO)".

EDIT: come think of it, maybe it is censored because I'm outside the USA - I think I recall the app asked for GPS permissions when installed.

I have the same problem, but I don't think it has to do with locations; I'm in the US, have GPS turned on, and still don't have some of those sections.

EDIT: When you look at the market page, it says updated today (4/20/11), but it's still version 1.0 - perhaps the picture shows an updated version, even if it's still "1.0" according to the page? Could also be why it says 13M on the market page, but only takes a 6M install for me with nothing on the SD card.

EDIT 2: Just downloaded the app from the market and refunded, I'm pretty sure this is just a previous version if anything. Apparently there's going to be a further update sometime in June to include some more state-specific stuff.
