Yes but I don't blame the servers. I blame those posters who use only these annoying and useless servers. And surprise, surprise... they are the same guys who were previously using filesonic when it was rubbish too.
These rubbish posters explicitly state 'don't make mirrors of my posts' because they are in it for the money. The best way to get around the scam use of rubbish servers by bad posters is for us to post as many MIRRORS as possible.
