Aurora Store 4 v4.0.1 [Beta]
Requirements: 5.0+
Overview: The ability to download and install programs from the PlayStore without depending on the Play Market application and google services. Is fork of the program Yalp Store in the style of material design 2.0 and some additional features.

Image

YalpStore is a very well coded app, but it lacks Material Design, Sergey Yeriomin has clearly mentioned
he will not redo UI/UX changes as his intention is to support devices from Android 2.x to 8.x which is perfectly fine.
Adding up new Material UI Libraries will increase the app size, which would defeat its purpose in context of older devices.

Also in an attempt to have wider device support the YalpStore uses some depreciated Android Libraries/Methods which have
(minor) Security/MemoryLeak issues.

Some of us try to avoid GooglePlayServices as much as possible, because of the MemoryUsage/StorageSpace/Privacy/UnwantedUpdates.
But not all of us use Devices with Lower RAM and InternalMemory, so I thought of redesigning YalpStore

I renamed the YalpStore to Aurora to avoid any ambiguity that may arise.

In Aurora I will try my best to solve this issues, and provided a clean material design.

What's New:
Changelog:
1. Added theme manager
2. Added back installers
3. Added basic settings (more incoming)
4. Fixed reported bugs
5. Improved UI are per community suggestions

#PS: It requires Aurora Services 1.0.7, if you wish to use services as default installer

I heard that if you use anonymous account option, your device configuration goes directly to Aurora`s server including network operator details. Hardly anonymous is it?

Also useless for nonroot users who want to save apk`s downloaded or modify them as they are currently saved in data/data folder.

@Deerp: Use filemanager thats got Option to show installed Apps, like MiExplorer or Solid Explorer.. Hit User installed Apps, choose the one you want, hit copy and paste it to wanted place = you will get placed: wanted and fully usable .apk File.

@LaTig. Thanks for the suggestion but that option is only useful for installed or updated apps. I often download apks from Aurora and before installation, I personally check the permissions etc to see if anything has changed I don`t like. Non root users cannot check downloaded bit not installed.....

@LaTig part 2.

Non root users cannot access downloaded bit not installed apks unless they go through a long winded laborious process I discovered myself by clicking on downloads in Aurora Store 4 app, long pressing the APK downloader, choosing copy link and then going in a browser pasting link.

@LaTig final part (promise!)

Then you have to wait for browser to finish download process and save it to where you want. I spoke to Rahul the app dev about it. Imagine attempting to save an app with dozens of split APK and manually copying each link and archiving them after to save as .apks?

@Deerp

As I know you can set the download location as you want, I download all the apk in Downloads folder in my internal memory :)

I am rooted. But I am confused as to which files to download. There are too many sections in Download area with different headers!
[nameless]
"AuroraServices-v1.0.7" "AuroraServices-v1.0.7-magisk"
"AuroraSevices-v1.0.7-magisk-unity"
"AuroraStore-nightly-202102170141"
Which to download?
