If you using Windows 10, you can always right click on your desktop, select "display settings", and you can then change the scaling/size of text, apps, and other items. It is the option on top of "Display resolution".

It will scale everything, including your icons, but that is the drawback with such high resolutions, when you have apps that are NOT designed to be scalable.

Other option is to right click the program executable or shortcut, and select "Properties". Then select the "Compatibility" tab. On the bottom you will see an option for "Change high DDPI settings". You can play with those settings to adjust the applications DPI settings. This will be more of a trial an error however, since it's been ages that I 've used those. Typically I use that for the opposite option (ie: when everything is scaled (using first solution above), but I want an app to NOT scale in some cases.

You could always just install one of the number of Android emulators (Like https://www.bluestacks.com/), and then run something like STBEmu or IPTVSmarters. It's an option...

I tried 640x480 but the image is blurry and only a thin strip- I'm installing an android emulator or getting an Android tv box! Thank you for your help! Happy New Year!
