How do you know?

1.) There are no DNS errors.
2.) Pinging the IP-address is timing-out
3.) Every route(22) after the UK-87.245.215.135 is timing out all the way to Amsterdam where the server(s) are located.

Update Jan-21st: They are back online after 21-days
