I see a lot of people reporting that Freedom doesn't work with this app, so I figured, why not request it here, so it's available for those who want it? I personally don't care, but if someone can crack this, that'd make a lot of members happy.

Small Tutorial
All right guys described,

1. Get root-rights on the device

2. Set TitaniumBackup

3. Set LuckyPatcher

4. Get 3 files from the downloaded archive

5. Install apk file VSCO Cam ( com.vsco.cam-6f5795a3655cb90c28728ba05bda700b.apk )

6. Copy the folder to your device TitamiumBackup (it is the root partition) files: ( com.vsco.cam-20150420-221918.tar and com.vsco.cam-20150420-221918.properties ) *

7. Change Android ID using TitamiumBackup: Menu> Your Device> Manage AndroidID> Create a new (random) Android ID (see. screenshots) **

8. in LuckyPatcher: VSCO Cam> Menu patches> Create modified apk> apk without license ...> put a tick remove dependencies> to rebuild the applications (see. screenshots)

9. Remove previously installed VSCO Cam

10. We put the new patched files. It will be in the folder: Android / Data / com.and ... ervice.LUCK / Files / Luckypatcher / Modified / VSCO.Cam
11. install that modified apk and restore only data from Titanium

or rename apk as "com.vsco.cam-596282764fa6743f31c17e8557433a98.apk" and make gzip with 7zip and copy into Titanium Backup folder

12. Back in TitaniumBackUp > VSCO Cam> Restore apk+data
13. Come in VSCO presets will be * At the end of the procedure, return to the Titanium, the program offers to restore the previous AndroidID> Restore. **
