"cracking" by its definition is removing or altering code to circumvent protection or security etc. When you block ads in this way it is not "cracking".

@derblub, no. If you uninstall previous version then you loose saved progress.

Do you know if can we save our progress?

backup data+app, remove app, install the new one, restore data only, done

Or, copy the file \data\data\com.rovio.angrybirds\files\highscores.lua to somewhere safe, then copy back after installing. Root needed.
