Mediafire doesn't work everywhere, and definitely not with all the phones. Mediafire often sends an URL through data instead of the actual file, which makes the link useless after waiting a minute for them to give up the download. Other than that, the mdeiafire links usualu get deleted very fast. Duckload or uploading are much better options in my case, since they are always available (i've never seen a non working duckload link) and are also unlimited in downloading (just the minute waiting, no problems on my xperia arc, always downloading at highg speeds, no dead links.)
you have to understand that every upload site has different criteria in different countries, so it's not as simple as just 'UPLOAD TO MEDIAFIRE, THANK YOU!' it changes per user per country per way of life....and stop caps locking, it looks as if you are SHOUTING!
