Hi there,need some help,I am new to this Android O/S my grand-daughter is
playing an older version of this game,and have gone as far as stage 2,do I need
to delete the old version before I can install this new game,if so how do I
save and back-up the older game and return to it later when the Easter season
is over
btw I have Astro file installed was told I can do a back-up there,BUT HOW!!!

You can use angry birds unlocker/backup for that. You can find that here viewtopic.php?f=423&t=179722
Install and start angry birds unlocker and make a backup. Then uninstall the old version of angry birds, you are now ready to install the new version. After that complete at least 1 level in the new version, quit angry birds, start unlocker again and restore your backup. Now you should have the old game data in the new version.

If you rooted your phone(most likely not as you are new to android) you could also install titanium backup, make a backup and restore the data. This last method always works, the backup program does not seem to recognise all angry birds versions/variations.

Update: For some reason that last method doesn't work with this version of Angry birds so use the unlocker.

birds unlocker/backup" and give it a go

i still see some ads after installing this

I get the ads too. Is there a fix for this?
