Are you doing a clean install ?

Thanks for this update. i just want to report that there seem to be issues on international Note 8 Android 7.1 after doing a clean install (update is reporting conflicting packages with same name)
several system services crash after some time of black/greyish screen before it eventually launches, seems to be reproducible at least on mine (factory reset was done 2 days ago with little to no apps installed).
rolling back for now to previous build

Why is there tables in my tables that say they are downloaded but have zero bytes on size.

How many tables do you have in that directory I think there should around 88 tables now only 1 file per table the file that are zero bytes you should be able to determine them ok

Tables about 15 or so...acdc,ace high, bing bang bar for examples all say 0mb under managed tables

bing bang bar can be delete as all table start with a "T" if they don't start with a "T" you can delete them, but if I was you I would delete the hole Dir (files) then go to option then Manage Tables then Download Owed and you will find there is 89 tables just checked my tablet. if it does stop downloading start again..

Ones you have all the Tables you can save them to another dir and when the next version comes out just copy then back and just do a update on the tables
