Adding to the method Seckt0r wrote about.
After step 4, I didn`t need to restore the purchases several times to unlock all the tables as mentioned. Just had to tap on a table and install it.
I am using modded play store so it might not work for everyone. Latest Zen Pinball V1.47

Has There Been a new Way to get this working??

Update!. I just brought a new phone cause "reasons" and I wanted this game back on, so this phone has the latest security patch from June 1, 2022 on this Android 11 phone.

Tested with Zen Pinball v1.47 + Lucky Patcher v10.2.4 + Magisk v25.0

1. Enable Zen Pinball to connect to the internet with your firewall
2. Run Lucky Patcher
3. Goto Switches and Turn on : "Google Billing Emulation", "InApp Services to Google Play Store" and "Proxy server for Google Play".
If "Proxy server for Google Play" gives an error, go to ToolBox > Patch to Android and ENABLE/SELECT : "Signature Verification status always True", "Disable .apk Signature Verificacion" and "Use the Magisk module to apply patch". Will ask to reboot.
Then return to Lucky Patcher and now enable "Proxy server for Google Play"
4. Find Zen Pinball in Lucky Patcher
Go to Menu of Patches/Support patch for InApp and LVL emulation
Turn on : Support Patch for LVL emulation, Support Patch for InApp emulation, Intent broadcast for all
Apply
Launch

5. Buy tables, and select save Save Purchase for restore when asked

In case of any error, relaunch the game with Lucky Patcher or as extreme measure, do step 4 again

Optional
After all the purchases, disable Zen Pinball to connect to internet with your favorite firewall

They should lock this thread because its outdated, links are dead and posted BEFORE later releases (like 1.47) where you had to ROOT your phone in order to get the game running. If rooting is a requierment to get software to run, it must be in the title or description of the post (Usually)
You also talk about a version that is not even released on this site. Cool, you got a version running that is not even released here, what does that have to do with this specific post being an outdated, link dead four year old release that keeps getting bumped?
(Which I'm guilty of just the same)

If you got a version running, upload it and post it a long with the requirements needed to run it, its obviously wanted here.
