Go to the v1.0.6 post with coin hack: http://forum.mobilism.org/viewtopic.php?f=452&t=345725&hilit=hunter

Follow the instructions for that version. Play a level then close. Back it up again with titanium and uninstall. Download the game from the market (it is free after all). Restore your data from titanium.

Now you have a market-attached full, curent version of the game with unlimited cash that will be updated by the market when updates come out and you will not loose your cash.

If you are not rooted, don't have titanium then there probably is no other option for you.
