1. Uninstall previous version APK , Install new APK
2. Download and copy obb Folder to /sdcard/Android/Obb
3. Copy additional Obb file to /sdcard/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM/ folder
4. Launch the Game,1st time you need internet to check license.Then you can play offline it MAY FC once,then everything will be great!

Sry if i sound like an idiot but do you put that additional file in /sdcard/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM or /sdcard/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM/files. I can't get it to work :(

EDIT:Now i can get it to work online but when i go offline it force closes no matter what.BTW i placed the files from the rar into the android data cuz it wasn't an obb file and the patch file i placed it in the obb folder.

Can't get it to work on my HTC One X at all, installed APK, copied data into Android/Obb then placed the obb patch inside the com.gameloft folder, ran with internet connected and asked me to install a 1mb file, it also deleted the obb patch.

I could only get it to work by placing the "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM" folder in /Android/data and the patch inside the "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAMHM" folder. It didn't work at all in the /android/obb folder as OP stated.
