Thanks again for this great release - ta

Looks like 1.0 does not have Bluetooth available.
I think the same thing happened with the iOS releases.

I'm glad that Samsung's exclusivity period finally ran out.
I'll be more than happy to buy this game once it's out on the North American App Store.
I got at least 100 hours of online multiplayer play out of the iOS version.

Dude, it wasnt a samsung exclusive, look at first post. It was an LG exclusive, and capcom launched it with LG smartphones (it held a tournament as well). It was a year ago.
The fact that they released it finally doesnt change anything, probably this would be the only and last game capcom will release on android. Im sick of ios getting all the cool ones such Volt or SFxT but AppStore is a gold mine, while android is so much fragmented that is almost impossible to do some good profit from it. Not to mention that you have to adapt and develop each game with alot of gpus in mind. Even so, alot of developers are starting to support only the big 3 families of gpus out there (mali, tegra and powersgx) but even that isnt enough.
I understand why more and more developers are targeting tegra only releases, its better for them to focus on 1 gpu at time. It still sucks tho.
Even because iOS hardware has a powersgx chipset so ports shouldnt be that hard. iOS is a unix/linux derived OS, so it means is similar to android under certain aspects.

Right, the LG exclusive. I just remembered one company had an exclusive. The tourney was awful. Any of the iOS players would have run circles around Valle and Wolfkrone.
I'm glad I can finally play this on bluetooth against friends on Android. I can finally ditch my iPod touch. Also, SFxT was pretty awful on the iOS.

As for development, my understanding is that the APIs are vastly different between iOS and Android. Porting from one to the other is no easy task. At any rate, staying on topic, I do hope they get a proper global release of SF4 soon, and hopefully with some respectable revenue, they'll see that there is a market on the Android platform.

Addendum: I do hope they eventually get SF4Volt on here. The balancing from Volt was pretty substantial. The vanilla SF4 had Ryu do far too much damage with SRK->Super->Ultra with 766 dmg. The global online/wifi play was fantastic as well (albeit issues with ragequitters/matchdroppers).

Was able to run C.Viper in training mode and arcade mode.
I picked up my files from http://www.apkdeposit.com/2012/12/stree ... 0-apk.html , threw the SD_IV_DATA onto my Nexus 4, and it took a good 40 minutes to process the "Retrieving resource files ...".

You seem like a hardcore street fighter fan like me. Thanks for clearing the fact out.
Bit sad it has the bluetooth multiplayer disbaled. I hope someone can unlock this feature - thanks all.

Had the same thing happen to me. I waited and eventually it went from 0 to 100%. I'm not sure if it downloaded the files or if it took that long to check the SD card data. I have this running on a nexus 7.

Got my SD card data from here: viewtopic.php?p=1239169#1239169

APK from here: viewtopic.php?p=1239300#1239300
