Same here with avast av, but it says specifically "potentially unwanted application". I'd like confirmation that this is a false positive before I make the decision to keep it installed.
EDIT: Virus Total came back with only these picking it up for anything:

Sophos Android Emagsoftware 20130701
Only 4 out of 45 scanners picked something up on it and 1/4 said it's not a virus, only a "risk tool", and the rest say it's a PUP. I'd say it's clean, but NOD32 and Avast don't like the tool used to crack it. False positive guys, we're all good!
