Instructions:

Hi, is the data file only 1kb? That's all I get from the 3 links you posted...?

It works perfectly. Adds four saves to the game, so if you have a game saved, you are likely to lose it. It has two files with both Sonic and Tails with all Chaos Emeralds in the Final Zone, one with Knuckles with four Chaos Emeralds in the first zone, and one with Sonic at the Final Zone with all but two Chaos Emeralds. It also unlocks Tails and Knuckles, if you haven't unlocked them yet.
