I installed the game and opened it then went back and installed the data files, but I don't have access to unlimited bananas. when i try to buy them it asks me if want to pay. I also can't get the costumes. Facebook also will not connect.

how can you not connect to FB? you mean that when you attempt to try and connect, it doesn't allow it to?

It's keep show message " Couldn't login, please try again" it also happen when i use other hacked version of Minnion Rush

this works fine for me on my tablet with Android 4.0.3. You can buy all the stuff you want and buy millions of bananas, then backup using Titanium Backup, then you remove the app, download it from Play store, restore DATA ONLY from Titanium and run the game, you now can connect to facebook

titanium backup requires root and I don't want to have to root my device.

the titanium backup stuff is only needed if you want to install Play store version to play online
