Something seems wrong with the apk file. I can't install it.

yes.. can't install this...

I also experienced what the above two users above me experienced - apk not installed.
I tried uninstalling the old apk first then installing the new one (starting fresh) but with no success because the game does not install.
The apk was probably a bad upload or not cracked properly.
