Does not work on my galaxy tab pro 10.1 android 4.4.2
When I start game it will download files. It deletes the content from android/obb/com.glu.robocop and tries to redownload

EDIT:: same happens on my galaxy s5 4.4.2 stock

1. Install the apk
2. Launch apk and start downloading the obb files
3. Close the game and disconnect from internet
4. Copy over the obb files to it's folder in Android/OBB replacing any files that you may have downloaded.

Bingo, that should do the trick.
