Added high res images for Nexus 10 or equivalent resolution!
Added support for back button! It now pauses the game if you are mid level, or toggles "exit, yes / no" dialog in any other circumstance, if you choose yes then the application will quit.
Fixed leaked looping sounds when toggling sound off while they were playing.
Fixed timing issue with teleporters if you paused during teleportation of items.
Updated icons & added icon for high res tablets.
