when you rename obb file to main.10120.com.telltalegames.fables100.obb IT WORKS !!!!

Playstore version was newer on mali 10320

Sorry guys but it seems I have a problem with installing on Note 3 (stock rom 4.4). It says "App not installed". I even cleared cache partition. I used to have the original version with first episode included. I finished it and then I changed the obb file name, then uninstalled the game and tried to install this one but it fails.
I would appreciate any insight you may have. Thanks.

did you just rename the obb file or the folder too? You have to change the folder temporarily before uninstalling or it will delete the obb file, uninstall, then installed the file from the op, rename the folder back, then it should work. I also have a Note 3 and it work for me

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did change the name of the folder and file inside, then uninstalled and then tried to install this one. No dice. Maybe however it was because I actually played the original. I am now going to delete the files, install original once more and then do it properly. Maybe this will help. For what is worth I also have this problem with Walking Dead.

I bet it is one of telltale security check, and it works on all of their games in our device. Uninstall walking dead season 2 shouldn't be a problem because the savegame still left behind. Not like season 1. And I bet if Game of Throne game comes out, we need to uninstall all other telltale games from our device before we can play it, unless we buy the game

Aight, I got it working and this is how:

-Install the game from the Play Store first.
-Run it once and open the main menu.
-Exit the app and rename the obb folder in Android/obb.
-Uninstall the app.
-Install the apk from above. (It's the English version, which is the smaller version.)
-Undo the renaming of the folder in Android/obb.
-Start the game and download episodes 2-5 from inside the app.
-Enjoy!

I only tried the adreno version and it works great. It's basically the same process that worked with previous Telltale's apps, like TWD.

No need to.
Just use the SMALL (mali) APK (around 11 mb) , THAT one is the English version and will install English obb file from Episode 1...
from there on , you can download the other episodes.

i tried it but when downloading of second chapter is finished the app just dont recognize the downloaded file and start downloading again until internal storage is full, then i must manual clean the root folder of game to have storage to download it again i tried it many times and got trought my daily data ussage of internet so i dont want to tried it again :/
