I can run it on Note7, but my issue is that I dont have an external controller and I cant even run the game without it (it doesnt have/support{?} touch on the menu and in the game).

I've not come across a way of getting on-screen controls - but the game would probably be very unplayable if there was a way.

Do you have a wired Xbox 360 controller around? Plug that into your Note 7 via a cheap USB OTG adapter cable and use that to play the game - later versions of Android support this out of the box.

nope, PC player only I'll try it out later, or borrow a friends xbox wireless controller
