Is there any chancew to have a mod for increasing money?

Until v. 4.7.3, I think, we could find mods that game started with little money and gold and were increasing when we bought and updating cars.

I don't know is it forever but I can't race in bother single player and multiplayer

Usually you get banned when you login in facebook e.t.c.
Log out close and restart the game. You should be able to run both single and multi player races.
At least this worked for me.

Still same ask me to delete my savegame then I have to start all over again

My 2 facebook accounts got banned from racing and one of my facebbok account already reach level 107 and now I have to play with the original and play from start again and create a new facebook account to race.
