Instructions:
- Install APK
- Copy 'com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM' folder to 'sdcard/Android/Obb/' (If you have installed previous version no need to download main obb)
- Extract Patch.1051.OBB to 'sdcard/Android/Obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM' folder
- Launch the game

download are limited to 96MB for premium user, why is that so? can't download in my country at all using normal link...

It doesn't work on my 4.1.2 Note 2. I tried the JB apk also but with no success. I read on apkmania site in the comments that someone with Note2 made it work by keeping the 1.0.4. patch also, I tried that, but it's not working. The screen just flickers while loading and then exits.
Any solution? Thanks!

I have not tried this version, but I thought I should let you know about one important thing (I use the Google Play version):

remember the terrible framerate issues (especially on Galaxy S2)? They're gone. And they re-enabled high-detail car models, and the high-detail map is still on as far as I can tell, and the aspect-ratio issue from 1.0.4 is also fixed...but they changed the car reflections to basic (instead of dynamic).

For anyone having a hard time with this:

You have to have all of the previous obb patches as well.

So in the sd/android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM folder should be the original main.101 obb, then the patch.103, patch.104, and patch.1041

Now put the patch.1051 obb in that same folder.

Install APK over previous version (or new install) and run. The important thing is to have all of the previous obb patches, which can be downloaded from APK MANIA.

well to sum up, let just be clear, this is not working.

A new Proper version is available at apkmania. It is working on my Note 2 but now the image is distorted. One easy clue to tell this is to watch the loading icon, it is not round now. On 1.0.4. it was ok.

Its working on my htc one x+ perfectly. Here is what idid.

1. Install the previous 1.04 patch 1.041 version and run the game.

2. Quit the the game, connect ur device to pc and copy the 1.051 patch to the game folder and game apk.

3. Install new apk (dont uninstall or clear data of previous version)

Ps. I had to sign both apks with same binaries so they can update each other during installation. And modified some items in deviceconfig.xml for better graphics.

Why do we have to download/install all previous versions to run this version ?

Finally working smooth on Galaxy S2 By the way I have a question. How to unlock nissan juke r and one more nissan from previous version? Because I can't find these event to unlock them. Anybody knows?
