I try clear cache, data, but problem is same.. save file is in your sd/android/com.ea.games.r3_row/doc
if you want to delete your profile then delete this folder or you can delete files with name "character.dat, character.dat.bak and profile.dat" then you will start new game
if you want more easy way, go to option, choose cloud save and delete local profile...
