What is OpenGL 4.0 version?
AFAIK the highest OpenGL supported by android lollipop is 3.1.
I use the OpenGL 3.0 version apk, and obb downloaded yesterday thru playstore.
FYI my phone only support OpenGL 2.0 (so 4.0 is kind a insane to hear )
The mod works fine, unlimited money and upgrade, but not for pro store (coz it needs internet)

NVIDIA Shield yesterday was updated to 2.1, android 5.0.1 - OpenGL 4.5 support

I have Samsung Tab 3... so... OpenGL 2.0...

Try using the OpenGL 3.0 package if you haven't, it should work, as the OP himself uses that. His is Samsung Note 3, the spec is about the same as yours. I haven't tried OpenGL 3.0, because I'm already using OpenGL 4.0 package. The only issue I encounter is each time the pop up asking the player to rate the application, and clicking No/Later will result to force close, but progress is not loss. Also only the 'racer kit box' under 'tuning pro-box' can be purchased, which is negate-able.
