Crashlands v1.0.6: The Bugfix Cleanup

●General
○Save recovery should now be more reliable. If your save disappears due to a
crash or something ZANY, your game will not overwrite it when you start a new
save (which it previously would, since it didn’t know it was there).
○All future saves from this point forward will also have recoverable save names.
Previously, they would just get “Save 0” or “Save 1” etc... when they were
recovered.
○Mac version fullscreen should now work properly.

Crashlands v1.0.5: The Post-Launch Bugpunch (In Beta Channels)

●General
○Auto-pause timer lengthened to 5 minutes.
○The “back” button on the world map, equipment screen, and build mode has
been scaled up for ease of clickability.
○Increased the pickup range for recipes (so you might be able to snag them
through walls).
○Glowing shrine has been remade as “Time Warp” shrine. It will put you into
bullet-time, so you move and act at normal speed while everything else moves
in slow motion.
○Updated text on cloud save syncing to clarify that the save on our servers is a
backup, and that your save doesn’t only exist in the cloud.
○The Baconband is now epic, because it’s just that good.
○The insanely bright green of the Bawg acid has been toned down a bit when
high quality shaders are off. It was way too green. And bright.

●New Feature: Local Save Recovery
○In very rare and IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACK DOWN cases, players’ saves were
disappearing from their saves list when their device ran out of battery or died
somehow. Turns out those saves were definitely still there, just not being
accessed by the game. So we’re adding an emergency button that will allow
your game to track down those saves and add them back into the list. Note: If
you save your files to the cloud, they have a much lower chance of going
missing.

●New feature: Map Rebuilding
○In the event that your map gets weird or isn’t behaving correctly (which can
happen due to all the save syncing and outpost changing etc...), you can now
hit a “rebuild map” button inside your world map. It will clear all your map
textures and start from scratch, hopefully fixing any problems you were
experiencing. Note: if you’ve got a big map THIS CAN TAKE A WHILE.

●Bug Fixes

○Items
■The Anger Omelet should now correctly apply a damage boost to your
pet.
■Workstations that have recipes in them awaiting pickup will now show
an “X” in build mode instead of being invisible.
■Fishing holes no longer count as solids, so you can fly over them.
■The Nematoblaster should now properly slow enemies’ movements.
Note the slow only applies to their normal movement, not their attacks.
■You will no longer see a tiny recipe crate fly into Flux’s torso when
picking up recipes.
■Fishing holes should no longer spawn underneath floor tiles in
outposts.
■Hewgo should no longer destroy legendary items. Heh.
■If SOMEHOW you have lost your BS-SSSS-S5 and don’t have another
one anywhere in the universe, the game will now recover it for you and
drop it in your inventory. Nobody should be without a BS-SSSS-S5.

○Platform-Specific
■Some Android devices have struggled with map rendering, resulting in
errors. This failure should no longer cause the game to crash, and with
the addition of the “map redraw” button on the World Map, should be
easy to work around. To ensure this doesn’t happen on your device,
make sure your Android version and firmware version are up-to-date.
■Game resolution on the iPad now defaults to larger than the iPhone
version.

○Balance
■Fixed a bug in which your damage vs creature HP wasn’t scaling
properly with the difficulty level you selected. Basically, your damage
relative to creature HP was always the same, regardless of difficulty
level selected. Now, you will always deal the same damage, but
creature HP will adjust based on difficulty level.
■The more powerful a creature is, the higher its chance of dropping an
egg.

○Miscellaneous
■Item cleanup after you’ve been gone for a while (old items cleared from
the map) will no longer clear out items that are objectives of quests
(just in case you dropped something).
■Your gravestones should no longer sometimes linger on the map after
you’ve picked them up.
■Glutterfly back legs were being drawn backwards. Now they aren’t.
■The game will now remember your fullscreen settings properly on
Mac/PC.
■Your salvaging should no longer disallow you from salvaging multiple
of the same item back to back.
■The Baconweed Fairy fight should be less laggy on mobile devices.

○Questing
■Fixed some bugs in which creatures were sometimes not being
counted as killed for quests. (At least... I THINK it’s fixed now.) If you
had a quest to kill a creature and it previously didn’t give you credit, you
can return to that area after 30 minutes and the creature should have
reappeared.
■When you die and drop materials, you will no longer drop items that are
required for use in any of your active quests (like Hewgo’s supply
crates).
■If you loaded the game and a named creature was supposed to be
present on screen at that time, it would sometimes not get its named
assigned (and therefore prevent quest progress). That should now be
fixed.
■If you have beaten a boss but failed to receive the boss’s recipe drop
(due to a bug), the recipe will now be recovered upon game load.
■If you have completed the quest for Tack’s racket but the racket
disappeared, it should now be recovered to your inventory.
○Web/Campaign/Syncing
■Updated the logic in campaign file downloading and unpacking, so the
message “could not retrieve campaign file” should appear less
frequently.
■Fixed a potential bug when clicking on the Forums link inside the
BscotchID landing page.
○Typo/Grammar Fixes
■Fixed typo for Attractive Mask tooltip.
■Fixed description of Wealthy Statuette so it no longer overlaps its
components on small field of view.

Didn't work here. I had to remove LVL with Lucky Patcher.
