That is not true. In both patched and untouched version you can use cheats.
Untouched- requires root device
Patched- does not need root device, but you can't install game on sd card

The "cheats" are "Boosters" that you can find in the game's options. They are in the game regardless of what version it is, modded, patched, untouched.

Untouched- requires root and Lucky Patcher or modded Google Play.
Patched- does not require the above.

Installing to external storage is possible either way. You can use apps like Foldermount or XInternalSD (Xposed module) to change the location of data folders for specific apps.

I've downloaded the app and put it in the obb file to extract. After extracting I've installed it but the app don't open. It does not work. The asks to download additional data (Wi-Fi required) I click yes but it just keep asking the chat box don't disappear and the download never starts.

I downloaded both APK and the zip files. I extracted it in the Android/data folder, but when I launch it asks me to download the data and it doesn't work. (I am sorry if it's a dumb question)

Every obb goes into Android/obb. If you dont have the obb folder, you can create it yourself using any file manager.

Also to the people that are having a black screen, wait for a few minutes. It takes a while to boot the game up.
