Could someone verify if the Mega Mod apk file is working?

-I installed it (the mega mod apk file installer) then put the obb file in the right folder.
-I ran the game with my wifi open and a file extraction occurred for about 3 minutes or so.
-Then when i played the game, the mega mod hack looks like its not working because i didn't get 99 of everything in the item box even after sorting/arranging the items.

Need help, I'm stuck In this screen
