Resolved an issue where Krog dying on spikes wouldn't bring up a "restart" message
Fixed an issue with Locobases
Pause screen will actually pause now
New Reminder to spend motes on upgrades (when you have enough to use)
Only a limited number of Locomen will spawn from any Locopool
Controls for Krog have been tweaked to reduce jitter
Playable Cursor shouldn't walk through walls anymore
