Mod features:
Endless money and stamina;
Crafting does not cost ingredients;
You can craft the maximum number of items at one time, regardless of the number of ingredients;
You can craft all things, even those for which you do not have enough resources;
Reproduction of items is carried out as follows:
Click in the inventory on the item you want to propagate (a red frame will appear around it);
Click on an empty spot in your inventory. Single items (for example, tools) will split into two, and the number of other items will become maximum (for example, after dragging the 1st fiber, there will be 999 of them).

Very new to this forum.. what does it mean when the apk is patched? Is it different from no-mod?

Patched means bypass license check, which originally the game need always check whether you purchase the game legally before let you play, or force close or pop up state you didn't purchase the game legally.

Mod means modified the game feature like gold/coin/life etc..
