Unfortunately it doesn't for me. I tried several times, and it kept telling me that the download fails because I've not bought the app.
It probably would run on condition I manually add the OBB into the Data Folder instead of downloading via in-app.

This version no created folder in Android/data or obb
I just personally tested.

Alternative variant install original apk from google play,run game.Install this version.

Then it's odd, because it does tells me that it needs to download some resources, but can't because I haven't purchase the app. (Which is kind of obvious... )

With that OBB added, it finally bypassed the earlier issues I had faced. Works great now. Thanks 14White14.

By the way, I didn't try using the GPS apk. I use yours and that recently added OBB. Works like a charm.
