Pool Break now includes Online Chat that may be enabled or disabled or restricted to private networks anytime within the game. The messages are limited 150 characters per message.

It does not require username and password. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on download in the free column (the blue font one), wait, enter numbers and click on download.
